Our experienced team understands what you’re feeling. Nothing is more important to us than your wellbeing.

We're here to look after you

You'll be cared for by a team of medical specialists that is dedicated to getting the best results for you. Your treatment will be personally tailored, with your choice of consultant, location and timing.

We pride ourselves on our clinical excellence and attention to detail which makes taking care of your health our priority and you can rest assured you are in safe and caring hands.

Your stay with us

Your room will be like a home-from-home during your stay with us, complete with ensuite facilities, TV, wifi and award-winning food.

Coming into hospital

We work hard to make your time with us relaxed and as comfortable as possible. Before you come into hospital you will receive all the information you need to prepare for your stay, tailored specifically for you.

While you’re with us

Your immaculate, comfortable room will feel more like a hotel than a hospital. You can connect to Wi-Fi, watch TV and enjoy our delicious food in privacy.

Patients with a disability

Recognising the needs of every individual, all of our hospitals are accessible to everybody, so we welcome visitors with disabilities. Spire takes its responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 as employers and service providers very seriously.

Our goal is to recognise the needs of every individual and to provide health and care services that are appropriate, respectful, inclusive and equal. We always try to meet the needs of any visitor to our hospital. We provide patient information in a variety of formats, including large print and audio versions, and we seek to ensure that our buildings, access routes, signage and lighting meet the needs of people with disabilities.

Food and refreshments

We've won awards for our food, which is freshly prepared just for you.

Our professional cooks prepare fresh meals every day in our onsite kitchen, offering a wide range of dishes and a menu that changes daily. We can cater for special dietary requirements – including halal, kosher and wheat free options.

Your visitors are also welcome to dine with you; we can provide them with a meal along with tea or coffee (please ask the ward hostess for a menu and prices for visitors meals)

Leaving hospital

You can leave hospital whenever your consultant thinks you're ready. Even after you’ve left hospital, we’re here for you every step of the way - we'll make sure you've got all the medication, information and follow-up support that you need.

Post-hospital care

Spire care doesn't end after you leave hospital.

Even after you’ve left hospital, we’re still here to help you every step of the way. We’ll send you home with all the medication, advice and follow-up support you’ll need to help get you back on the road to good health. We might be able to help with transport and care for you in your own home if you need extra support after you leave us. And if you have any questions or worries about your recovery, just give us a call. We're here to help.

Visitors

We think your friends, family and children can help speed up recovery, so they're all very welcome to visit you.

We offer flexible visiting hours so they can drop in to visit you almost any time that you’re feeling up to it. Your guests are also welcome to try our award-winning food.

Visiting hours

General visiting times for wards are 11am - 8pm.

Anyone wishing to visit outside of these times, please discuss with the nurse in charge.

Children and young visitors

Children and young visitors are always welcome in our hospital and they can visit you whenever you like.

We would ask you to be respectful to other patients if they do visit by keeping the noise to a minimum (if possible) to help recovery of both yourself and others.
