We're here to look after you

Our experienced team understands what you’re feeling. Nothing is more important to us than your wellbeing.

The highest standards

We pride ourselves on reaching the highest clinical excellence, with patient care at the heart of everything we do.

We're here to look after you

You'll be cared for by a team of medical specialists that is dedicated to getting the best results for you. Your treatment will be personally tailored, with your choice of consultant, location and timing.

How quickly can I be seen?

If you are insured or paying for your own treatment you can see a specialist consultant almost straight away, pretty much when you want to. If you are requesting NHS treatment via your GP you will be seen within 6 weeks and treatment (if required) will be offered within 18 weeks as per the national requirements. With Spire Elland, there is hardly any waiting for tests, scans, investigations or appointments. To make an appointment call us on 01422 324069 and we will advise you what to do.

Your stay with us

Your room will be like a home-from-home during your stay with us, complete with ensuite facilities, TV, wifi and award-winning food. Friends and family can visit almost anytime.

We work hard to make your time with us relaxed and as comfortable as can be.

We have flexible visiting hours to fit around your life and the people who love you

Leaving hospital

You can leave hospital whenever your consultant thinks you're ready. Even after you’ve left hospital, we’re here for you every step of the way - we'll make sure you've got all the medication, information and follow-up support that you need.

Meeting your needs

Whether you're using health insurance or paying for treatment yourself, we're here to look after you. Everyone has access to the same high quality care and equipment.

Patients with a disability

Recognising the needs of every individual, all of our hospitals and centres are accessible to everybody, so we welcome visitors with disabilities. Spire takes its responsibilities under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA) as employers (Part II), and service providers (Part III) very seriously.

Our goal is to recognise the needs of every individual and to provide health and care services that are appropriate, respectful, inclusive and equal. We always try to meet the needs of any visitor to our buildings. We provide patient information in a variety of formats, including large print, and we seek to ensure that our buildings, access routes, signage and lighting meet the needs of people with disabilities.

Children visitors

Children are always welcome in our hospital and they can visit you whenever you like, we would ask you to be respectful to other patients if they do visit by keeping the noise to a minimum (if you could) to help recovery of both yourself and others and for this we thank you in advance.

Continuous improvement

We're constantly striving to improve and maintain excellence. If there's anything you think we can do better, please let us know by calling us on 01422 324000
