I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2004, specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy since 2007. After working in London for a few years, I moved back to Edinburgh and have been at Spire Murrayfield since 2010. I see a wide variety of musculoskeletal patients with various conditions, in the department, and furthermore have taken a keen interest in pilates for upper and lower back pain and in the ante and post-natal population.

I also practice in acupuncture for pain relief, and in the oncology setting to help treat the side effects of chemotherapy. My clinical interests are in:

  • Pilates rehabilitation
  • Acupuncture for pain relief / treating the side-effects of chemotherapy

Personal profile

I work part-time at Spire as I have two young children at home, but in my spare time I enjoy a variety of sports, most notably golf, hockey and squash. I also enjoy teaching pilates and love to see the benefits it has to patients.
