Miss Claire Mackay
I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science (sport injuries) from Edinburgh Napier University.
I ventured to Calgary, Canada to observe physiotherapy in a private clinic in, which helped me decide that a career in physiotherapy was for me. I then graduated from a Pre-reg (MSc) in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. Since graduation, I have completed junior rotations in the Highlands within inpatients, community/care of the elderly and outpatients and progressing into a senior role within outpatients. I have also worked in private practice during this time as well as being involved in doing some instructing with postgraduate courses.
Some of the principal treatments carried out by Miss Claire Mackay at Spire include:
I have a Dalmatian dog who keeps me fit and active, as well as two horses. I also enjoy stand-up paddle boarding, outdoor hiking and cycling. I enjoy travelling and usually will have my next trip organised or in the process of being arranged.
