I graduated from St George’s University of London in 2010. I completed my core rotations at Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead where I developed a keen interest in the field of Hand Therapy.
I continued to work within this speciality, and went on to work in other hand units at St Thomas’ Foundation Trust as well as working in an Extended Scope Practitioner role at East Surrey Hospital. Alongside this I also maintained my interest in musculoskeletal outpatients and general exercise prescription. I started working at Clare Park Hospital in 2018.
I have completed Level 1 and 2 courses for the British Association of Hand Therapy and am hoping to continue to pursue accreditation in the future. I am currently involved in developing an RCT on hand rehabilitation. I have additionally qualified in acupuncture under the AACP as well as completing the teacher training in Pilates under the APPI.
