I am a lead clinician for the regional oesophago-gastric unit based at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, a position I have held since September 2006. Prior to this I was a Consultant Surgeon on the internationally renowned Northern Oesophago-Gastric Unit, Newcastle upon Tyne, where I had worked since March 2000.
