Prostate and urinary issues information evening

Expert Consultant Urologist, Mr Jacques Roux will be hosting a patient information evening giving expert advice on treatment options for men with urinary issues and general concerns relating to the bladder and prostate including Aquablation therapy.

Aquablation is an advanced minimally invasive treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) that preserves continence and erectile function.

Spire Bushey Hospital is situated within easy access of the M1 and M25 motorways. We are only 15 miles from London, 45 minutes drive from Luton airport and around five miles from Watford town centre, with its fast and regular train services to the capital.

Travel instructions

From M25

If you're travelling anti-clockwise leave at junction 21A, on to the M1 then south to junction 5. If you're travelling clockwise leave at junction 19, on to the A41 towards London.

From North London A41

After crossing over the M1 (junction 4), continue to the next roundabout and take the first exit signposted Bushey A411 and Harrow A409. At the next mini roundabout take a left towards Harrow A409 on to Heathbourne Road. The hospital is on your right, about a quarter of a mile along this road.

From M1 junction 5

At the roundabout take the exit signposted Harrow A41. At the next roundabout go straight on, following signs to Hendon A41 and Harrow A409. Continue past the Hilton National Hotel. After around one and a half miles you will come to another roundabout. Take the third exit, signposted Bushey A411 and Harrow A409 Elstree Road. At the mini-roundabout, turn left towards Harrow A409 on to Heathbourne Road. The hospital is on your right, about a quarter of a mile along this road.

By public transport

If you're using London Underground take the Jubilee line to Stanmore station, then take the 142 bus towards Watford and get off at Common Road (by the Alpine Restaurant). It is a short walk via Magpie Hall Road to the hospital.
