I am a UK registered genetic counsellor as well as being certified in the USA. I am the lead genetic counsellor at NW Thames Regional Genetics Centre in the NHS and lead a team of genetic counsellors covering North London, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire. In addition to my work in the NHS I am the Genetic Director for Gene Health UK, advising on genetic policies and testing.
I am also an honorary clinical lecturer at Imperial College London and teach cancer risk assessment to allied healthcare professionals with Kings University. I am also a mentor to genetic counsellors.
I am a medical advisor for a popular BBC drama series ensuring accurate genetic storylines. I have appeared on local health television programmes in Connecticut, US and have been featured on multiple radio broadcasts. I am involved with Ovarian Cancer Action, Breast Cancer Break Through and developing the future genetic testing decision pathways.
I have worked with numerous specialists in the identification of individuals at risk of hereditary cancer and my work on genetics has been published. I previously led the cancer genetics department at Stamford Hospital in the US and launched the first colorectal cancer registry in the state of Conneticut.

Spire Bushey Hospital is only able to provide Covid-19 tests to patients undergoing surgery at our hospital. Covid-19 testing or antibody tests are not available as a standalone service.
