Companies can use the Perform executive suite to host away days and off-site meetings, with the option of creating a bespoke day for their team by adding one of our unique activities. Our three Perform half day experiences give corporate teams an insight into how professional teams and athletes prepare, test and recover around competition. We offer three packages to choose from.

Perform challenge

Test your physical performance and find out how you can make changes to improve your daily efficiency and effectiveness. Delivered in a style that will accomodate every level of fitness, the expert Perform team will put you and your team through a series of tests in the Human Performance Lab at St. George's Park. A great opportunity to find out what you're really made of.

Your itinerary:

  • introduction to session led by Perform team
  • tour of the state-of-the-art facilities
  • blood pressure check
  • body composition test
  • analysis of how your body moves and its efficiency
  • balance assessment
  • fitness assessment
  • test your reactions on the Batak Board
  • exercise and nutrition briefings. 

This package will include reports for each delegate plus expert feedback and tips from the Perform team.

Perform recovery

Delivered in a style that will accommodate all fitness levels, the Perform team will take you through a yoga or pilates session, followed by workouts in the water on the underwater treadmill, contrast hot and cold pools and finish with a sports massage to leave you feeling completely relaxed and recharged.

  • tour of the state-of-the-art facilities
  • choice of yoga or pilates session
  • aqua jogging and pool exercise session in the hydrotherapy suite
  • team workout on the underwater treadmill
  • use of hot and cold contrast pools
  • relaxing sports massage.

Perform sports

The Perform team will put you through warm-up and cool down drills used by the England football teams, as well as specialist fitness and speed tests. You will get tips on how to get the most out of your physical performance.

Conducted as part of a team, this is an engaging session that will leave you with long-lasting guidance on how to improve your fitness. This session will be delivered in a style that is designed to accomodate people of all levels of fitness.

  • warm-up drills
  • tests of jump power
  • T test / agility test
  • sprint tests
  • Yo-Yo test to determine maximal fitness
  • cool down drills. 

This package will include reports for each delegate plus expert feedback and tips from the Perform team.

The Perform half day Experiences are suitable for groups of all age ranges and fitness levels and will give corporate groups a unique, memorable and beneficial team experience unlike anything they have done as a group before.
