Knowing that positive feedback is important, I thought I’d drop you a line to let you know how pleased my wife and I are with the care and treatment our daughter received on Wednesday when having grommets inserted in her ears. I am sure that the procedure was successful as our Daughter is already telling us about sounds she obviously was not hearing before and she slept through the night on Wednesday for the first time in many months. As well as the treatment, the superb level of care she received is a credit to how you run your hospital, the individual touches like her room being decorated with “Minion” character lights, how she was kept distracted by the simple use of blowing bubbles (a particular favourite of hers) and the star projector in her room all helped soothe her and resulted in a day with no upset or tears.
