I would truly like to take this very personal opportunity to let everyone know the honest, loyal, humbling care I constantly received whilst I had both of my procedures achieved at Spire Manchester Hospital.
The staff are a credit to your hospital, consistently receiving an abundance of care from start to finish, and it does not end there. When you hold your follow up meetings and appointments, everyone answers your concerning questions and welcomes you always with a complimentary smile. Nothing is ever to much trouble, you feel the beautiful energy of the hospital even whilst walking the corridors having your physio session or meeting your family and friends in the coffee bar.
There is not a word big enough that I am able to use other than 'thank you!'
I actually live in London but one thing is 100% for sure, if ever I need any medical help in the future I will be on the first train out of Euston to Manchester heading directly to Spire Manchester for my care.
All the nursing staff who looked after me, you know who you are "my angels", you are all so much more than nurses. Endless hours, and always staying attentive to your patients, does not go unseen in my eyes.
And finally my incredible surgeon Mr Rob Winterton. He has the most calming, relaxing, demeanour, which fills me with all the confidence I could ever need going into my two procedures. Now having gone through my recovery, the results are everything I could only have imagined possible.
Having full contentment and satisfaction with my results, Rob has brought, what was always a big smile, more width with happiness.
