I was in Spire Elland Wednesday 19 April 2017 for a Septoplasty.
I am unable to fault any aspect of my care and stay. From the very moment I arrived the reception staff was welcoming and friendly.
Once in my room, I was again made to feel at ease by the nurses. Everything was explained as to what would be happening and when and any worries were dealt with and explained. My consultant Mr G Smelt called in to see me before the operation, to ask if I was ok and if I had any questions.
Waking after my operation the recovery room nurses were amazing and then back in my room, the nurse care was second to none. My discharge was straightforward and happened seamlessly with no delays.
Overall, all staff should be commended for their genuine care and friendliness.
If I was recommending you had to choose a hospital, I would definitely choose Spire Elland. This is not the first time I've been a patient at Elland and the treatment has been a constant excellent.
