I visited Spire South Bank Hospital in March 2013 and was diagnosed with requiring a shoulder operation. The quality of service that I received was outstanding, the whole experience was stress free due to the excellent communication throughout.
Mr Robinson kept me informed about what would happen during the operation, how the healing process would work and the importance of working with the physiotherapist to enable the shoulder to heal fully.
Any concerns I may have had were discussed with either Mr Robinson or the physiotherapist and reassurance and encouragement was given throughout.
