Quick appointment time, (with) excellent and attentive staff and quality of care. (You get) your own private room and facilities, (and) for me (it was a) relatively close location with ease of parking. General feeling of a clean and well run hospital. My consultant was Dr Reay Jones, I was happy to have him as my consultant as I had read on the website that he specialised in the surgery I was having. I found him very approachable and friendly, which helps to put you at ease. After surgery he visited again to assure me all had gone well, and generally I had great confidence in his abilities. This was my first hospital operation/day care in over 50 years and it couldn't have been easier. I don't like to single anybody out as all of the staff from the reception to the porters and the nurses and doctors were excellent. I have great faith in all our medical professionals and am never anxious about a hospital visit. This was my first experience of a private hospital and although my treatment was being paid for by the NHS, it totally lived up to expectations because of the dedication of everyone who works there.
