All staff from reception, porter, nurses and consultants were very professional and courteous, and even had a sense of humour. The private rooms were also very comfortable. I found I was treated with the utmost care. Thank you.
Mr Owens was professional from my first appointment. He realised straightaway how anxious I was, and totally reassured me every step of the way. He even told me I could contact him personally if I had any questions or queries and was very attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend him, and could not have asked or a better consultant.
