I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs Sarah Hussain who performed my hysterectomy with so much professionalism and precision, making me feel comfortable and at ease the very first time I met her. She was extremely professional, patient, an excellent listener and very caring. She explained the procedure with complete honesty, detailing the pros and cons which is so important to a patient to know prior to making a decision as big as this. She made me feel at ease and at once I trusted her and was reassured that I am in very good hands. Her knowledge and experience is commendable. One of the best Obstetrician-Gynaecologist I have ever desired and which anyone will desire to have. She has an excellent sense of humour, extremely courteous, friendly and a sense of huge responsibility to let my anxious family know that all went well after the surgery. She works extremely hard and long hours, but always has such a pleasant personality. I do hope we have many more doctors like Mrs Sarah Hussain who makes the world a better place and the experience of being in hospital such a pleasure. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and does things in the best interest of her patients.
I would also like to comment on the hospital in general with cleanliness, a sense of duty to ensure that everyone is served with dedication and in a timely manner. Right from the Reception, Pathology department, Physio department the dedicated and passionate staff willing to assist to make everyone comfortable. I would like to thank especially the nurses, housekeeping and pantry staff who I admire for all they do for their patients. They work so hard and always have a smile on their face, ever ready to help and assist you on the road to recovery. Such a fantastic, brilliant team at Spire London East Hospital.
