Amanda qualified with a BSc (Hons) in 1996 and worked in the NHS, gaining experience in all specialities, specialising in the musculoskeletal and orthopaedics fields. Within her time in the NHS she also spent four years working within the Orthopaedic Research Department, studying in particular joint replacement surgery, ACL reconstruction surgery and treatment of hip fractures.
Amanda has undertaken a great deal of post-graduate training and has completed post-graduate examination at the University of Brighton, focusing in particular on sports injuries and human movement. Most recently she has completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
