I met my husband at an amateur dramatics society. I was the princess, he was the frog. The rest, they say “is history”. We married a long, long time ago in Denmark. We are both passionate about food. My husband loves baking and qualified for The Great British Bake Off and I am currently experimenting with fermenting foods (not husbands!). I specialise in finding tearooms that serve loose-leaf tea and delicious cake and, to counter this, practice yoga and Pilates daily.
