Additional information

Special clinical interests: The Gut-Brain Axis Cancer prevention. Weight management. Gut health, sports nutrition, Type 2 diabetes remission, cancer, lipid lowering diets/cardiovascular health.

I came to dietetics later in life and have a deep curiosity about how nutrition effects our health. I try to practice what I preach and enjoy cooking and eating. I also enjoy tennis and swimming and have done the odd triathlon. Family comes first and I understand the demands of a busy life and the curve balls it sometimes throws and, therefore, like to treat all clients holistically.
