Annette has been a private practitioner since 1998. Annette is a UCKP and CNHC registered Hypno-psychotherapist and has been an integrative psychotherapist since 1998. She is also a Transpersonal psychologist and a trained mindful self-compassion programme teacher.
Annette facilitates day and weekend mindful self- compassion retreats, relaxation master classes, anxiety management courses, mindfulness compassion-focused well-being workshops and seminars for corporate clients and in the community, as well as busy clinics at the Spire Regency Hospital and Park Lane consulting rooms.
The therapeutic interventions Annette employs are eclectic and integrative, utilising a combination of Hypnotherapy, compassion –focused Cognitive therapy, Psychotherapy, Counselling, and mindfulness.
Therapy is brief, dynamic and solution focused, using the principles of positive psychology, transpersonal psychology, and Compassion focused therapy.
Annette continues personal development to enhance the quality of her clinical practice through the practice of meditation and mindfulness, and self-compassion practice.
Annette Boden can be heard regularly on local radio stations such as Silk FM, Capital Radio, High Peak Radio and Radio Derby. Her articles regularly feature in the local press.
