I was appointed as an Ophthalmic Consultant at Frimley Park Hospital in 2003, where I specialise in corneal and external eye disease. This involves medical and surgical management of many different conditions of the front of the eye. I graduated in medicine in 1992 from St Mary's Hospital, and completed my specialist training in ophthalmology in London hospitals, including the Western Eye Hospital, St Thomas' Hospital, and Moorfields Eye Hospital. During my training, I spent a year working as an ophthalmologist at Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre in Moshi, Tanzania.
I perform cataract surgery including complex cases and toric/multifocal lenses and I am also experienced in corneal surgery.
