I graduated from University of Sheffield’s Medical School in 2008. I completed my Higher Surgical Training in trauma and orthopaedics in Kent, Surrey and Sussex. I then went on to gain international experience in Toronto to further subspecialise in lower limb arthroplasty. Following this, I worked at University College London Hospital gaining significant experience in complex hip and knee replacements, revision hip surgery and robotic hip and knee arthroplasty. I also have a specialist interest in managing prosthetic joint infections.
I am very keen to teach junior trainees and have previously lectured on Master’s Programmes at University College London and Canterbury Christ Church University. I am an Advanced Trauma Life Support Instructor and a tutor on the Basic Surgical Skills course for the Royal College of Surgeons.
I have been awarded the British Hip Society Travelling Fellowship, The European Hip Society Travelling Fellowship and the 'Current Concepts in Joint Replacement' Scholarship.

I have widely published in several peer reviewed journals and also presented at international orthopaedic meetings in Canada, Switzerland, Portugal and India.
