Mr Simon Butler-Manuel qualified from St.Thomas' Hospital in 1988 and after further training at St.Thomas' and Queen Charlotte's Hospital pursued his sub-specialty gynaecological cancer care and laparoscopic surgery. After completing a Macmillan fellowship in gynaecological oncology based in Southampton and a research post at St. George's Hospital and the Royal Marsden Hospital Mr Butler-Manuel commenced as the first consultant in gynaecological oncology at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford, East Surrey and Crawley Hospitals.
Mr Butler-Manuel continues his interest in the treatment of pelvic endometriosis and is an experienced laparoscopic surgeon.
