After qualifying from St Mary's Hospital Medical School, London, I trained, initially, in general surgery and then general obstetrics and gynaecology, first in Nottingham and then in Birmingham. I spent two years in Nottingham researching the use of a monoclonal antibody in ovarian cancer. I then went on to Birmingham, where I completed two years sub-speciality training in gynaecological oncology. I currently practice in general gynaecology and specialise in gynaecological oncology and colposcopy.
Special Clinical Interests: Ovarian, vulval, endometrial and cervical cancer. Colposcopy and ovarian cancer screening.

Spire Southampton has retained its ‘Good’ rating following an inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
