Some of the principal treatments carried out by Mr Peter Penny at Spire include:
Sports and exercise medicine
Sports injury diagnosis and rehabilitation
Musculoskeletal disorders including spinal and lower limb injuries Foot and lower limb biomechanics
Peter trained in Cardiff and rapidly became interested in musculoskeletal conditions. After working in the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital within the Orthopaedic Department he left to work in New Zealand where he gained invaluable experience working in the private sports injury centre in Hamilton in the North Island with an attached Accident and Emergency Clinic. This centre provided a totally new clinical experience that Peter has brought back to England. Peter has built on his clinical experience by continuing to study at the UEA for his MSc, undergoing post graduate training to provide prescription orthotics and acupuncture.
