Some of the principal treatments carried out by Mr Kevin Hancock at Spire include:
Having qualified in 1980 from St. Bartholomew's Hospital in London I completed my plastic surgery training in England, Europe and the United States. This included BAPRAS scholarships to train firstly in Sweden and Austria then later in the United States in New York, Dallas and Miami. My training in England included working at major plastic surgery centres including a period at the well known Royal Marsden Cancer Hospital in London. I have been a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Whiston Hospital for over 20 years and am also an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Surgery for the University of Liverpool. As a consultant I have established a large cosmetic surgery practice with a widespread patient base as well as several years as the Medical Director of a skin laser clinic.
As a plastic surgeon I specialise in cosmetic surgery in general including facial surgery, breast surgery, abdominal and other body contouring surgery. From my NHS background I also have expertise in skin cancer management and reconstructive surgery including the abdominal wall.
Having practised in the NHS and the private sector for many years I have performed the most common plastic surgery operations hundreds of times.

If my practice manager ever allows me any time off I enjoy cycling, scuba diving, golf and skiing. I have always enjoyed travelling both professionally and socially which has also expanded my cookery skills as I find cooking very relaxing and therapeutic!
I have enjoyed cookery courses from across the world from my native Cornwall with Rick Stein to Thailand and Hong Kong.Back to top
