Professional profile

I am a consultant colorectal/general surgeon at Sunderland Royal Hospital, with sub-interests in laparoscopic and paediatric surgery. My research interests are hernia repair, colorectal cancer care and endoscopy.

PLEASE NOTE: Children can be seen for consultation at Spire Washington Hospital. However, any interventional procedures on children under the age of 16 would not be carried out at our hospital. Treatment for those aged over 16 is subject to risk assessment on an individual basis.
