I came to Liverpool in 2001, having initially trained in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in East Anglia (Cambridge region). My higher training focused on minimally invasive surgery including all types of laparoscopic hysterectomy, advanced laparoscopic treatment of endometriosis, and the management of complex pelvic pain.
I run regular colposcopy clinics for assessment and treatment of women with abnormal precancerous cervical smears.

My aim is to provide high quality evidence based patient centred care. I am interested in developing and updating skills for minimally invasive surgery, in particular day case laparoscopic hysterectomy and treatment and of endometriosis. My interests originate from my genuine belief that the minimally invasive approach is better for patients recovery, early return to normal activity with minimal hospital stay.Back to top
