I qualified as a physiotherapist in 2007 from Sheffield Hallam University. I moved back to Leeds where I completed my previous honours degree to commence my physiotherapy career at the Leeds Teaching Hospital NHS Trust.
I had six years experience within the NHS, covering a wide variety of clinical environments, focused mainly around orthopaedics and MSK outpatients.
I have also owned and worked in private clinics for a number of years treating a wide variety of orthopaedic and sports injury clientele. I have been involved with rehabilitation in high level sport and worked within rugby union since 2007.
I joined the Spire team early in 2014 and now holds the position of head of physiotherapy. My clinical interests include post-operative and traumatic shoulder rehabilitation, post-operative lower limb rehabilitation and sports injury recovery.
I am married with a baby daughter and live in Roundhay. I am a keen rugby and golf enthusiast, enjoy adventurous challenges and recently white water rafted through the Grand Canyon.Back to top
