My main interests include developmental problems in children, cerebral palsy and children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis. I also have an interest in the rehabilitation of children with sporting injuries.
I qualified from Coventry University and gained good background experience within the Birmingham Community and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham. I further developed my experience by working at Special Schools in Birmingham including Birmingham Children's Hospital, which led to a special interest in Paediatrics and a realisation that I wanted to specialise in the treatment of children.
I have been working in the community in a variety of settings from seeing children on the Special Care Baby Unit to children leaving special schools at 19.

I enjoy all sports and love being in the outdoors. I play hockey for Solihull Blossomfield Ladies and am starting to take an interest in triathlons. When I get the opportunity, I love going hiking in the mountains especially to the Lake District and Snowdonia.
