Professional profile

I graduated from King’ College London in 2015 as a qualified Physiotherapist. I went on to work at St George’s Hospital, one of London’s largest teaching hospitals. I completed general rotations in this post before I specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. I worked with NHS patients in the borough of Lambeth and gained a broad experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders.

With this solid foundation of skills I was well equipped to pursue my interest in Women’s Health Physiotherapy. I worked within the prestigious Royal Free Hospital in North London as a specialist Women’s Health Physiotherapist. I am competent in treating pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence issues, pelvic organ prolapse as well as pregnancy related musculoskeletal disorders. I have a passion for Pilates and integrate Pilates based exercises into my rehabilitation methods.

Personal Profile

Outside of work I like to stay active and keep healthy. I'm a keen runner and swimmer. I also love Pilates and classed-based exercise. I have found working out with a group to be really motivating.

I enjoy spending time with friends and family, and getting out into the fresh air and sunshine (when possible).
