I graduated from Manchester University in 1996 and trained in the North West of England. Throughout that training, I was focused on the specialty of Children’s Orthopaedics undertaking registrar and fellowship training at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, Booth Hall Children’s Hospital, Alder Hey and Oswestry before joining as a consultant at the new Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital in 2008. I'm one of the senior surgeons in that department and part of the Major Trauma Team.
I have a special interest in cerebral palsy, hip dysplasia, MPS and other musculoskeletal conditions and have extensive experience in managing children’s orthopaedic conditions and trauma.
