I qualified as a chartered physiotherapist from Colchester Institute in 2004 and started my career at Southend University Hospital. This included post graduate rotations in a variety of multidisciplinary areas that consolidated my training and advanced my career to senior status, at which time I specialised in musculoskeletal outpatients.
I joined the Wellesley Hospital in 2007. Since that time my work has consisted of assessing and managing an outpatient caseload as well as dealing with pre and post-operative inpatients on the ward. In June 2014 I successfully completed Dr Vodder's course on Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT). I hold Pilates classes for staff at the Wellesley Hospital, for the general public and also teach Pilates on a one to one basis.
I live with my partner and two children. I attend and teach Pilates classes and my interests are reading and children's activities.Back to top
