I am a highly experienced GP and a Menopause Specialist registered with the British Menopause Society. With my background in wellness coaching and mindfulness teaching, I bring an integrated and preventative approach to my clinical practice.

I support women through the menopause transition by providing them with expert evidence-based advice and treatment.

I have a strong track record of helping my clients achieve their goals in improving their health and wellbeing.

I have a special interest in the psychological impact of the menopause on women's quality of life. My dissertation on ‘The role of Mindfulness Based Intervention in facilitating psychological adjustment in the menopause’ was published in the British Menopause Society Journal and presented at the International Mindfulness Conference in South Africa.

I also facilitate workshops and retreats to inform and enable women, most of whom are still working, to flourish in this important phase of their life.

I support organisations to understand the impact of the menopause on women in the workplace and how they can support them.

In addition to my clinical work, I am an international keynote speaker and passionate advocate for mental health awareness and wellbeing in the workplace. I facilitate wellbeing workshops and teach mindfulness courses.

I am a Trustee for The Counselling Foundation; a Hertfordshire based charity that provides affordable counselling services and training for counsellors.

I have also adopted a school in Africa and support them in anyway I can to ensure they provide a safe environment for learning.
