I did my cardiology training at the East Midlands and Wales deanery. I am trained in general adult cardiology with sub-specialisation in advanced multi-modality cardiac imaging. I provide full assessment for all general cardiology conditions with special interest in chest pain and valvular heart disease. I regularly perform non-invasive cardiac imaging modalities; cardiac CT (CT coronary angiography and calcium score), advance echocardiography (including transthoracic, stress, contrast, 3D, strain analysis and transesophageal echocardiography) to investigate and treat a variety of cardiac conditions including coronary artery disease, heart valves diseases, cardiomyopathies, heart failure, arrhythmias, blackouts and hypertension.

I am fully accredited by the British Society of Echocardiography in transthoracic, TOE (Trans Oesophageal) and SCCT (Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography).

I am Consultant Cardiologist and specialise in:

  • Cardiac Imaging
  • Chest pain / angina / coronary artery disease
  • Heart valve disease
  • Palpitations
  • Heart Failure / Cardiomyopathy
  • Hypertension

To date, I have performed 2,500 transthoracic echocardiograms, 300 transesophageal echocardiograms (TOE), 400 cardiac CTs, 1,000 cardiac angiograms and 400 stress echocardiograms.
