My undergraduate training was at the School of Medicine, University of Leeds, 1994. My postgraduate training was at Leeds University Hospitals NHS Trust/teaching and district general hospitals of West Yorkshire rotation, Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust/teaching and district hospitals in Nottinghamshire, Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in Australia, MRCP (UK) 2000, CCST in cardiology and general internal medicine, 2009.

I am a member of the British Cardiac Society, British Cardiac Interventional Society, British Society of Echocardiography, Royal College of Physicians, British Society of Cardiovascular Research and The Society of Cardiovascular Computed Tomography.

Arrhythmia (Electrophysiology)

Special Clinical Interests: Management of coronary heart disease including cardiac risk assessment, primary and secondary prevention, heart failure and imaging. Coronary artery disease, heart failure, valvular heart disease.
