Dr Sara Trayman
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist providing psychological therapy for adults, children and families. I offer therapy for clients living with illness/chronic health problems, with disability after cancer or who need pre-/post-operative support with life-changing surgeries. I am experienced in supporting clients with depression, anxiety, stress, loss and bereavement, relationship issues. I also offer play therapy for children as well as parenting consultancy for parents who are struggling.
I have worked previously within Social Care, primary care counselling providers and the NHS. This led to my specialisms in working with children with emotional difficulties in addition to a wide range of adult mental health problems. I currently offer therapy for people with cancer, as well as their family/friends, through her work in a cancer care service. Psychological therapy can be self-funded. I am also registered with private healthcare providers (please enquire with your provider for authorisation).

One of the elements I relish most about my work is the opportunity to meet people and build relationships. At the end of a busy week I enjoy trying out new recipes (somewhat successfully) by cooking for friends and family, taking long walks and swimming. I am also a keen traveller and enjoy exploring new cities.
