I am a consultant Gastroenterologist and honorary senior lecturer in Queen Mary’s University of London. My sub-specialty interest in Inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s Disease), irritable bowel syndrome and bowel cancer.

I am the lead physician for digestive disease and nutrition in Barts Health NHS trust, Whipps Cross University hospital.

I run several clinical studies and novel drug therapy in Inflammatory bowel disease. I have published 45 research papers and have written one book chapter.
