I am a Senior Consultant Paediatrician with more than 20 years of experience in Paediatrics and have trained at leading teaching hospitals in the UK. I specialise in paediatric treatments at Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital including gastro-intestinal, respiratory, cardiovascular and renal.
I have a special interest in paediatric epilepsy and neurological disorders. I am the lead for paediatric epilepsy at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals and run a busy multidisciplinary service. I have previously been chair for the South East Thames Paediatrics Epilepsy group for three years to improve management of children with epilepsy in the region.
Having achieved a certificate for specialist training I have been a Consultant Paediatrician since 2007. I am also a Fellow of the RCPCH (Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health). My NHS practice is at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust. I am a General Paediatrician with extensive experience in managing a wide variety of paediatric problems. I am happy to take referrals for all children from birth to 16 years of age.

I have a strong interest in teaching and training junior doctors and medical students and have been a Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) tutor for KSS (Kent Surrey and Sussex deanery) paediatric trainees for eight years. I am the Undergraduate Tutor for medical students from Guy's, Kings and St Thomas' Hospitals and am actively involved with the MRCPCH (Membership of the Royal College of Paediatricians and Child Health) clinical examination of Paediatric trainees. To add to that, I am the founding director for The Tunbridge Wells MRCPCH Clinical Courses a course popular with candidates from all over the UK and oversees with high success rates.
