GU Medicine is concerned with testing for and treating sexually transmitted infections, HIV and some genital medical conditions.
My service philosophy - I offer a confidential, discreet and prompt service.
My main services include - check-ups and treatments for sexually transmitted infections, vaginal infections such as bacterial vaginosis and candida (thrush); HIV tests and managing HIV infections.
Please note patients may self refer without a GP letter.
I qualified in Leeds in 1981. I trained as a general physician and then specialised in genito-urinary medicine. I was first appointed a consultant in 1990 at Pinderfields Trust in Wakefield and have been at Leeds General Infirmary since 2001.
