Anaesthetics: Pain management
Craig Grice trained in anaesthesia and pain medicine in London completing his specialist training in 2004. From 2002-2003 he was trained at St Marys Hospital London in the role of Clinical Pain Fellow.
In 2008 he was awarded an inaugural fellowship of the Faculty of Pain Medicine Royal College of Anaesthetists.
He is a member of the British Pain Society and North British Pain Association and has a qualification from the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
Dr Grice is part of a multidisciplinary team in the Lothian Chronic Pain Service working in out-patient clinics and interventional procedures under ultrasound and X-ray guidance.
Lower back pain, sciatic pain, neck pain, musculoskeletal pain, headaches (including treatments for migraine), neuropathic pain (nerve pain), post surgical pain problems, myofascial pain syndromes, fibromyalgia, Complex regional Pain Syndromes (CRPS), chronic pain syndromes, medico-legal advice in relation to chronic pain problems as a result of injury and other causes.
