I was appointed as Consultant Dermatologist in 1999, initially in Tunbridge Wells, and then as Consultant Dermatologist at the University of Wales, Cardiff. Throughout my16 years as a Consultant Dermatologist, I have been active in teaching and research which has led to her publishing more than 40 scientific articles and book chapters on a variety of dermatology subjects.

During my time in Oxford, I was awarded a Doctor of Medicine Degree for a published research thesis. I currently hold a consultant contract at St George's Hospital Medical School where I continue my research interests. I also teach on the Cardiff postgraduate diploma in dermatology.
