I have a special interest in hand surgery and am one of few plastic surgeons to have successfully achieved qualifications in both the British and European Diplomas in Hand Surgery. My training in reconstructive microsurgery has taken me to leading centres in Europe and Asia and I continue to use the latest techniques to treat my NHS and private patients in the UK.
I was born and educated in Hertfordshire, before moving to London to study medicine. I graduated from King’s College London in 2003 and began my specialist training in Plastic Surgery in 2007. Over the next eight years, I gained experience working in some of London’s most renowned plastic surgery units and the world class St Andrew’s Centre for Plastic Surgery and Burns at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford. My training culminated in the award of full accreditation in Plastic Surgery by the Royal College of Surgeons, FRCS(Plast). I am certified by the Royal College of Surgeons in Cosmetic Breast Surgery and Cosmetic Body Contouring Surgery. This certification scheme run by the Royal College of Surgeons is to help ensure quality and expertise in cosmetic surgery.
I am a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at the St Andrew’s Centre for Plastic Surgery and Burns at Broomfield Hospital, Chelmsford. I am Lead Consultant for Plastic Surgery Trauma, caring for patients requiring complex reconstructive surgery from all over Essex and beyond.
