Professional profile:

I completed my Cardiology and General Medicine specialist training in wales and did POST CCT fellowship in Grown-up Congenital Heart Disease and Cardiac MRI at Southampton University Hospital.
I have unique experience of having worked in best healthcare systems in the world including Cleveland Clinic, world’s best cardiothoracic Centre.
My contributions to cardiovascular medicine were recognised by world premier cardiology societies and I was awarded with prestigious Fellowship degrees by European Society of Cardiology (FESC in 2013) and recently by American College of Cardiology (FACC in 2016).
I was awarded Fellow of Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 2013 and I am Royal College MRCP PACES Examiner.
I have held various leadership roles in developing Cardiac Imaging services, Grown-up Congenital Heart Disease Service and Clinical Governance & Audit lead.
I have management certification from Harvard Business School, Boston USA and Institute of Healthcare Improvement certification from Institute of Healthcare Improvement, USA.
I have a special interest in Healthcare management, planning, development of Health service and delivery. I have completed Harvard Management Mentorship Program (2014/15) organised by Harvard Business School, Boston, USA and Institute of Healthcare Improvement Certification.
