This group will help you evaluate these beliefs and aims to help you deal with challenges in your life in a more relaxed and effective manner.

The full course consists of six, one hour group sessions led by our cognitive behavioural therapist, who specialises in helping people understand the way they think and feel, and the impact this has on their lives. In these sessions, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice techniques and learn how to apply them to your everyday life.
