About Spire St Anthony’s
Spire St Anthony's Hospital, Cheam, Surrey, is a private hospital which delivers the highest standard of clinical care to patients in the Surrey and Greater London area, on the borders of Surrey and South London.
The hospital has four main operating theatres, a dedicated endoscopy suite, and 20 consulting rooms including an eight room satellite outpatient suite in Raynes Park. We are also the only hospital in the area to provide level 3 critical care (intensive care) which allows us to specialise in complex procedures which are simply not available from other providers. As a result, we are a major provider for cardiac, thoracic and complex orthopaedic surgery.
Spire St Anthony’s has three major accreditations from the leading private medical insurer Bupa, which recognises the quality of service offered to patients with breast, bowel or gynaecological cancers.
Young Kin – senior staff nurse, intensive care
“I have worked at St Anthony’s for the past 10 years, including over six years in ITU. We have an excellent working relationship between staff and consultants, and we manage a great variety of patients from cardiac cases, complex orthopaedics, general and urological surgery; right through to medical admissions, including patients transferred from other hospitals. The ethos here is very special and we always aim to offer our patients the very best treatment available.”
The hospital is one of the major employers in the region with over 500 staff including nurses, radiographers, physiotherapists, medical secretaries, administrators and hotel services.
As a premium private facility, Spire St Anthony’s is dedicated to the highest standards of clinical care and excellent patient satisfaction.
