I have been a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in North Wales since 2007. I specialise in knee and hip replacement surgery and sports injury surgery of the knee and the shoulder. I provide expertise in partial knee replacement surgery, knee ligament reconstruction and arthroscopic knee surgery.

I perform a range of elective orthopaedic surgeries: Arthroscopic knee surgery including meniscal repair and menisectomy, cartilage lesion surgery, cruciate ligament reconstruction, patella stabilisation surgery, removal of foreign bodies and washouts, patella tendon decompression for patella tendonitis. Knee surgery specialising in all types of partial knee replacement, total knee replacement. Hip surgery including total hip replacement. Arthroscopic shoulder surgery including rotator cuff repair, decompression, shoulder stabilisation and frozen shoulder treatment.

I am a general orthopaedic and trauma surgeon, through my further training and higher degree I have specialised in sports injury and knee and shoulder surgery. My fellowship in North America increased my knowledge and expertise in this field which allowed me to provide a service for the people of North Wales.
