I am a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon working at St Mark’s Hospital in London and Spire Portsmouth Hospital in Havant.  I have been a consultant for 31 years and had a special interest in several aspects of colorectal surgery.

I now specialise in Pilonidal Disease but will sometimes also manage other conditions.

I am past president of the Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain and Ireland and am Chair of Bowel Research UK.

My special interests include; colorectal cancer, diverticular disease, rectal prolapse and pilonidal disease.

I am a reader of Portsmouth University and chairman of the Research and Audit Committee of the Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain and Ireland.
