I am a pelvic health physiotherapist, working as a specialist Women's health Physio at Spire Parkway Hospital.

I have many years of experience of working in the field of pelvic health physiotherapy treating male and female patients. I developed the pelvic health physio service and led a team of specialist physios in a large NHS Foundation Trust before joining Spire Parkway Hospital.

My specialist areas include bladder and bowel dysfunction, including urinary and faecal urgency and incontinence, stress urinary incontinence, mixed urinary incontinence, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, perineal trauma and vaginal wall prolapse.

I also see and advise patients following gynaecological surgery in the outpatient setting to ensure that they are progressing and practising appropriate exercises as they return to full activity.
