I am an ENT Consultant based at Manchester Royal Infirmary. I have an interest in thyroid & parathyroid surgery, head & neck oncology and general ENT conditions. I undertook sub-specialty training in New York, USA, gaining international experience and expertise.

I qualified as a doctor in 2002 from The University of London. My postgraduate training has included working in London, Cambridge and Manchester. During this period I spent two years in full-time research and was awarded an academic research degree. I have published in a number of different areas and presented to audiences nationally and internationally. I also undertook a one year interface surgical fellowship working alongside plastic and maxillofacial surgeons.

Following specialist registration in the UK, I elected to undertake additional advanced clinical and surgical training in New York, USA, working at the renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in Manhattan.

I am the department lead for clinical effectiveness at Manchester Royal Infirmary and work closely with colleagues and other staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.

I aim to provide a high-quality modern practice, with a thorough approach and a positive patient experience.
