I am a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist.

I undertake assessment for all cardiac conditions but my specialist area is coronary artery disease. My area of expertise is coronary angioplasty (stents).

Undergoing a stenting procedure can be very daunting.

My professional, pleasant and calm manner will ensure you are confident through every step of your experience. The ConsultantCare team also support my practice.

They provide support throughout the journey and ensure your every need is met from the moment you pick up the phone to us. We provide an unparalleled level of service.

Coronary stenting can be undertaken electively but is also performed in an emergency when a heart attack occurs.

I perform procedures on heart attack patients at the Manchester Heart Centre (Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust) and you can be confident of the service provided by a specialist who is fully capable of dealing with both elective and emergency situations.

I am a member of the British Cardiovascular Intervention Society and the European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions and keep myself up to date with the latest developments.

Within the North West I have a considerable network of colleagues and can provide introductions to the very best cardiologists who specialise in other areas such as heart failure, pacemakers, ablation therapy and cardiac imaging.
